ATLAS AI OÜ (registry code 17382247), registered at Sepapaja tn 6, Harju maakond, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you enquire — your name, email address, and the LinkedIn profile URL you give us on the enquiry form, along with any answers you provide on that form. We use this to assess whether the program is a fit for your business and to contact you about your enquiry.
When you book a call — the details you give when booking, and the time of your appointment. Calls are held over video and may be recorded and transcribed so that both sides have a record of what was discussed and so we can prepare for follow-up sessions. You can ask us not to record any call.
When you become a member — your billing details, business name, invoicing address, and payment history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach us. We also hold your activity in the members area and anything you post in the community.
When you email us — the contents of your message and our reply.
We don’t sell personal data and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do use service providers who process data on our behalf:
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Enquiries that don’t lead to a membership are kept for up to two years, so we know we’ve spoken before if you come back. Member records are kept for the length of your membership and for seven years afterwards, which is what accounting and tax rules require. Call recordings are kept for as long as you are a member, and deleted on request.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee, or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
This site doesn’t set analytics or advertising cookies. Pages you reach from here, such as the enquiry form and the members area, are run by the providers listed above and set their own cookies under their own policies.
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing members will be sent by email.
