This policy forms part of our terms of service and reflects section 7 of the membership agreement you sign when you join.
You may request a refund within the first seven days of your initial purchase, provided both of the following are true:
Requests made by message, email or any other indirect route are not accepted. Both conditions exist for the same reason: the meeting is where we find out what went wrong and either fix it or agree the program isn’t a fit, and we would rather have that conversation than process a refund neither side learns anything from.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within five business days. Your membership is treated as cancelled at that point, and access to the program and all materials ends immediately.
A refund can be requested once. Eligibility is limited to one per person, and our determination of eligibility under this policy is final.
Refunds are based on participation, not on results. Attending your sessions and doing the work are within your control, and they are what we look at. The commercial outcome of your business is not something we control or guarantee, and it isn’t a basis for a refund.
After seven days from the date of your initial purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. This includes the unused portion of a term you leave early.
Agreeing a payment plan does not change the length of the refund window. It runs from the date of your initial purchase.
A €300 deposit taken to hold a place is refundable in full at any point before you join, for any reason. If you go ahead, it is credited against your membership fee.
Premium members who continue past the initial six-month term are billed monthly. Before that first monthly charge we give you at least seven days’ notice by email.
You can cancel at any time after the initial term by emailing us. We confirm receipt within three business days. There’s no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation ends your access to the program and all materials immediately, and monthly payments already taken are not refunded.
Keep valid payment details on file. If a payment fails, you have five business days from being notified to update them, and we may reattempt the payment up to four times. Late or failed payment leads to two written warnings and then suspension of access, which is lifted once the account is up to date.
If you’re having difficulty with a payment, tell us. Rearranging a plan is almost always easier than dealing with a dispute after the fact.
Refund requests within the first seven days have to be made live, in the meeting described above. To cancel monthly access, or to ask anything about either, email daniel@atlasai.ltd.
